Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
